Are the jewellery pieces heavy?

No. My jewellery is mostly made of polymer clay which is a very lightweight material. In the shop section of the website, when you click on a product and come to the single product page, you can see additional information such as weight (listed as the weight of the pair) and size below the images, under the tab ‘additional information‘.

Can I see more pictures or an on ear picture?

Of course! Don’t hesitate to ask for more information. Use the contact form on the website or dm me on instagram and I’ll be happy to provide you with some more information or some more images for size reference.

How will the jewellery be shipped?

I ship my jewellery packed securely in a cardboard box, that should fit through the mailbox, depending on the number of pieces. Earrings are securely attached to a card and rings, bracelets or pendants will be placed in a bag or wrapped in paper.

How can I clean my jewellery?

Normally you should have received cleaning instruction with your order. You can also find it by clicking here.

Polymer clay pieces can be cleaned with a damp cloth. If you got make up on your earrings, which happens to me quite often, you can try taking it off by gently rubbing a cotton swab dipped in acetone or rubbing alcohol over the stain. This should help it come off without damaging your earrings.

If your piece have brass parts, they can be cleaned with a brass cleaner or, believe it or not, a cotton swab with some ketchup!

Can I by a gift card for your shop?

I am currently working on adding digital gift cards as an option to the shop. I hope to add this option in the near future!

Can I re-order a product that is sold out?

I pride myself on offering unique pieces and therefore I cannot remake a product that is sold out. You could always explore other pieces in the same collection or ask for a custom order if you like a particular shape or color.

All the jewellery on the website is sold out. Can I still buy something?

I run a small business and will update the shop regularly. I try to restock every month, but I still have a fulltime job and a family, so restocks may be delayed when necessary. I will announce a restock through instagram and on the website.

What is the process time for a custom order?

When you apply for a custom order, the process will take a minimum of 10 days. This product is made to order and will require preparation, buying additional supplies if necessary and crafting the item. If you have a specific deadline, please add this to the request form.

Are the earrings suitable for sensitive ears?

I make my jewellery by using stainless steel posts and hooks. They work fine for my ears, which have the tendency to be sensitive. However, if you have very sensitive ears, you may experience issues. If this is the case, please contact us for a personal solution. You can always request a custom order with gold filled posts or hooks. Keep in mind that this will increase the price of the earrings.

Tracking says my package was delivered but I have not received it? What do I do?

Contact your chosen carrier and alert them of the issue.
